OUR LICENSES
Melodive Music provides two appropriate licenses for any specific use.
STANDARD LICENSE
A Standard License is mainly for personal use across various digital platforms.
A standard license is helpful to individuals, Vloggers, YouTubers, and single content creators.
PREMIUM LICENSE
A premium license is dedicated to commercial use across digital platforms, tv, radio, cinema, app, videogames, and more.
Premium licenses are suitable for Directors, advertising managers, corporations, and production houses.
IMPORTANT NOTE
There are some ONLY PREMIUM LICENSE music tracks that are exclusively dedicated to commercial use projects only. Upon checkout, Melodive Music would ask for further documents for approval and clearance.
STANDARD LICENSES
A Standard License grants you the following limited rights and privileges.
Personal Websites and social media (includes Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch)
Online streaming in YouTube channels and Vimeo
Wedding and home videos
Podcasts – free or revenue-generating
Show reel videos
Only freelancers may use music tracks on their showreels under the standard license.
Corporate showreels and portfolios require premium license to use any music from our Melodive Music Library.
PREMIUM LICENSES
LIMITIONS OF USE
You may not resell, transfer, sublicense, share, give away or otherwise assign the Recordings or your rights granted hereunder to any other party.
You may not resell the Recording by itself or as part of a package except solely as embodied within your Production.
You may not resell the Recording (or otherwise make it available) in any manner that would enable a third party to download the Recording as a separate file, such as website templates.
You may not resell the Recording (or otherwise make it available) as part of any competing product such as music compilation or music library.
You may not sell the Recording (or otherwise make it available) as, or as part of, your music or as your song, even if it has been transformed or edited, or if you add other instruments or vocals to the music.
You may not claim to be the creator or copyright holder of the Recording or of any derivative work created from the Recording.
